This might be premature, but... sales team was good and the service team has been great. I have a mechanical issue with the 2025 new Expedition and the automatic windows not staying up. This has not been addressed adequately, so I have escalated it to the general manager from whom I cannot get a response. My fear is this is ongoing and something that will never be fixed in which case I will have a much bigger claim.

I recently thought about purchasing a 2024 Mustang GT. I did not end up purchasing one for reasons unrelated to the sales consultant. Duke Washington is an outstanding dealership sales consultant. He is patient, understanding, and applies no pressure while you are considering your purchase. If you are looking for a new Ford or Lincoln, I would recommend Riverside Ford and especially, Duke! Even though I did not purchase, I believe their pricing policy is the best in the Macon area.

We were on vacation when my truck broke down. I had my truck towed in for diagnosis late Sunday night. They called me Monday with what needed to happen I authorized the repairs and my truck was done on Tuesday evening. We were very pleased with everyone at the dealer. Erin and Gage were in contact with me throughout the whole process. I really appreciate everything you all at Riverside did for us.

Tasha Wheeler is an excellent person to work with on my purchase of a new Maverick hybrid. I had to wait over 18 months for one like my order to arrive. Still waiting on the one I ordered, but was willing to take an alternate instead. Throughout the long process she was helpful at every step.
Reggie was our salesman, he greeted us before we even stopped our car. We fell in love with the vehicle and decided to make a purchase. The only negative I would say is....1. My Maverick order had to be rolled over from 2022 model year to 2023 due to demand for this vehicle. (My wait was 482 days.) Meanwhile, my original sales consultant had left the dealership. Unfortunately, Ford changed the configuration on some of the packages from 2022 to 2023 and the order manager failed to take this into account so my vehicle was missing some features that I was really hoping to have. I had my Ranger in for an oil change and tire rotation. The gentleman that helped me was Mike. He was extremely helpful. I was interested in a remote start for my truck and he informed me that my truck had one that I was unaware of. Dealer did not repair Ranger according to Ford TSB ("to avoid repeated repair, replace housing") while under warranty and temp control failed again very quickly, but warranty had expired. Dealer repaired correctly 2nd time (but only after I provided copy of TSB). It took 2+ weeks and over $750. Dealer initially said Ford would cover cost, but that did not happen. I contacted Ford and dealer, but neither has gotten back to me after more than two weeks.
I had some problems with my truck downshifting while driving and losing all power so I took it to Riverside Ford which turned out to be a worse problem than the truck breaking. The problem ended up being a recall on my Truck that turned into a whole ordeal. The recall was for a transmission issue that needed a part that had to be shipped from their supplier. Other Ford dealerships need to take lessons from Riverside. I can't say enough good things about our buying experience. My husband and I did not feel pressured by our sales person Carl or the finance staff. We will definitely keep this dealership in mind when shopping for another vehicle.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Nicole who I'm assuming took Devin's place; however, experience was great in tracking the replacement part of the strip that came off along with recall. I dropped the truck off, I did not stay because of Covid. When I picked it up I noticed there was grease stains on the driver door handle on the inside of the car. The odometer reading on the tag telling me when to bring it back for the next oil change was wrong, short by 10,000 miles. I brought it in with 93,000 miles, the tag says bring it back at 88,000 miles.

I have a contract with Lincoln for the dealership to pick-up and deliver my car and leave me a loaner car during each service. I've been waiting for over 3 weeks for them to have a loaner car available. POOR SERVICE.

I made the mistake of taking my Fusion to a locally owned garage for a headlight replacement. That garage botched the repair and I took it to Riverside for a professional repair. They fixed everything much to my satisfaction. I took the work order back to the other garage for a refund of the work they screwed up. Yeah, I got a refund, but I've seen the light. TAKE YOUR VEHILE TO RIVERSIDE FORD. Don't trust local hacks. Ford was professional. Locals act like they are doing you a favor or something.
