Limited Hybrid and Platinum Hybrid trims use a 3.3-liter V-6 hybrid engine mated to the same automatic transmission. This engine conserves fuel while producing 318 horsepower and 322 lb-ft of torque. Plus, this powertrain can tow up to 5,000 pounds when properly equipped.

Kia makes the Telluride with a 3.8-liter V-6 engine. It’s combined with an eight-speed automatic transmission. This powertrain produces 291 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. While most Kia Telluride trims can tow 5,000 pounds, the two X-Pro models can tow up to 5,500 pounds.

The Slippery mode helps when the wet weather rolls in. Dialing in your steering, suspension, and throttle is the Slippery mode, ensuring a more spirited drive.
